The Vyapar Loyalty App, known as Grahk, was developed to bring a CRM-based loyalty solution to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in India. The loyalty app aimed to help SMBs create personalized loyalty programs for their end users, ultimately enhancing customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty. As the CRO Specialist & UX Designer, my role was to design and optimize the user experience, ensuring that the app was both intuitive and impactful for its target audience.
My Approach
The development of the Grahk loyalty app was centered on the needs of SMBs struggling with traditional loyalty systems or lacking loyalty mechanisms entirely. I used a combination of research, user feedback, and design thinking to build a platform that addressed these challenges while enhancing the overall user experience.
Vision & Innovation
Grahk was envisioned as an affordable, accessible, and scalable loyalty solution for SMBs. I aimed to create a feature-rich app that could integrate seamlessly with Vyapar's business management system, making loyalty programs automated and easy to manage. Features like automated rewards, real-time engagement insights, and customer segmentation were designed to be powerful yet simple for SMBs to use.
Challenges & Solutions
Manual Processes: Many SMBs relied on paper-based loyalty systems. I introduced an automated rewards system to simplify loyalty management.
Lack of Data Insight: SMBs lacked tools for meaningful data. I implemented real-time analytics to help them understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns.
Limited Engagement: I designed a user-friendly dashboard that provided clear insights into engagement metrics and campaign performance.
Integration Needs: Grahk was integrated seamlessly with Vyapar’s tools, allowing SMBs to manage loyalty programs without new infrastructure.

Marketing Channels: Content marketing, email campaigns, and social media, in partnership with retail influencers and associations.
Partnerships & Referral Program: Collaborated with associations for credibility and implemented a referral program to boost user growth.
Content Marketing & App Store Optimization: Created blog posts, case studies, and explainer videos, and optimized the app store presence for better discoverability.
Conclusion
The Vyapar Loyalty App (Grahk) was designed to empower SMBs with an affordable, user-friendly, and scalable loyalty solution. My role focused on creating a platform that automated loyalty processes, improved engagement, and was easy to use. The successful launch demonstrated our ability to meet SMBs' unique needs through technological innovation and user-centric design.
